The film released by Cochlear, titled ‘Does Love Last’, follows a couple throughout their lives from when they meet through to retirement. When you finish watching the film you will know how your hearing is faring based on whether you thought love lasted or didn’t last.
Cochlear have used some clever ways to try and sway you one way or another depending on how good your hearing is. And we love the use of the plot device of mix tapes throughout the narrative.
Cochlear does state that this movie should not be used as a diagnostic tool, but it can give you an indication of whether you should get your hearing tested or not. As with anything, the sooner you get diagnosed and treated, the better for the long term outcome of your hearing.
