Lost Aid Form submission for patients affected by the recent floods

Ok… that was a lot of rain! If you have been affected we hope we can help you with your hearing aids.

If you are a Government-funded patient (eg HSP (the old OHS) or NDIS), Clarity will waive the replacement fee for lost or damaged beyond repair hearing aids. If you have top-up aids and wish to get the same aids you will need to cover the top-up amount.

Private patients whose devices have been lost or damaged beyond repair can get their devices replaced at a 50% discount if the devices are less than 12 months old.
