When people talk about hearing loss, discretion is raised by many as being very important – the ability to address hearing loss without necessarily showing it.
The new Unitron™ Insera hearing aids do just that. The Invisible In Canal (IIC) style with a new improved design for reliability and longevity, keeps your hearing loss very discreet.
Your Insera hearing aids are custom-moulded specifically for you to fit your ear comfortably and securely.
After an expert, comprehensive hearing assessment, where it has been determined Insera is suitable for your hearing loss, Clarity’s Masters-level audiologists will take an impression of your ears. This impression is used to 3D print the Insera shells to fit your ears. Once the device comes back from the manufacturer, Clarity will then fine-tune the device to suit your specific hearing needs. They will then fit it for you and show you how to insert and remove it, and operate all the functions of the device.
The Insera hearing aids start at an incredible price for a custom-moulded, advanced, digital hearing aid.
The Insera hearing aids are free for eligible pensioners and veterans. The hearing aids and all assessment, fitting and follow-up appointments are fully covered by your Office of Hearing Services Program voucher. The Insera IIC devices are the smallest hearing aids we have ever been able to offer fully funded to Hearing Services Program eligible patients.
For privately funded patients, the Insera IIC starts at just $2,090 a pair plus $300 assessment and fitting by Clarity’s expert audiologists. You may also be eligible for a rebate from your private health insurance.
